David Buck Landscape Architects is a UK based practice and offers an innovative and contemporary approach to a wide range of landscape projects. David has a Doctorate by Design from UCL’s Bartlett School of Architecture. He worked with Makoto Noborisaka on projects for Nikken Sekkei in Japan, described by Peter Walker as "a synchronised art using trees, metal, stone, plants and water that show a proactive potential for the future of landscape design". He has published extensively as author and contributor, including A Musicology for Landscape (Routledge 2017), Architecture in Asia Now, The Design of Place with Fumihiko Maki and Toru Mitani, Shigeru Ban Monograph for GG, and over 30 articles for a wide range of publications.
